I had 4 retractable screens installed. Gallagher's had to replace the original 4 primarily due to a frame miscalculation. The replacement screens (Talius product) were satisfactory but the installation was poor and never finished correctly which resulted in operation problems. This took over approximately 2 years and Gallagher's did/could not correct the installation/operational problems. After repeated requests to resolve 2 remaining installation problems, Gallagher's stopped returning phone calls and were not willing to fulfill their warranty obligations. Stay away from bad business practices, poor installation workmanship, and lack of accountability. Use Jans Awning Products - better technical knowledge and save yourself the headaches.
