Our carpet on the stairs was in desperate need of a cleaning. Got a quote from Sam to do a complete cleaning job and was pleased that he was professional, courteous and overall very friendly. No problems at all, would definitely recommend.
Charged an inflated price to buy-back a water heater that was rented from them. Decided not to renew my contract and they came to remove the unit, taking not only the unit but the pump, valve and all the piping - some of this was not theirs to remove. Came off as extremely unprofessional and fairly petty. My service with them during the rental period (paying 42/mo) was fine (hence a lower rating is not given) but when you want to leave they'll show their true colors.

Spoke with Fred about doing some possible work in my kitchen, specifically to inquire about a new faucet with filtering system. A new sink was suggested as well which made sense. I felt it was difficult to give him a good idea of the space over the phone but overall his tone was good and he came off as professional.

Very professional with good communication, got everything I needed at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone who knows what they want and does not need much guidance, but is capable of doing a small job around the house themselves.
