We called Mold.ca to help us determine the extent of a mold issue in our ensuite shower. Dean was thorough in his assessment and in advising us on the appropriate course of action. In this situation, where we had to start a project not knowing the extent and scope of the work that needed to be done, we felt that we had the full support and commitment of Dean and the Mold.ca team. The quote provided was extensive and professional, the email communication regarding setting up the work dates and times were detailed and exact and the worksite itself was prepped and cleaned perfectly. The team on site were courteous, on-time and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

The work started on our deck at the beginning of September and by December we had an unfinished project. Weeks would go by without any progress, no communication and constant excuses. The contractor does not seem to be able to secure or coordinate the required trades to complete the job. This project required carpenters, electricians, plumbing, window supplier, light installation, stucco repair, etc... We had to call Belvedere to come in and protect exposed wires and walls over the winter because Four by Four just never came back. The only time they called and arrived on time was to collect their money (of which we stupidly paid them in full). So many unfinished details it is hard to believe...

The Work started off very well. And as all contractors know plans change. From start to finish we were asked to stop several times until mind was made up by home owner until we continue. We accommodated all changes at no extra charge. We were paid for what we did at 100%. As a contractor it is very hard working for someone that is rude and indecisive on what they want. At first the job started off great, delayed out of our control.

Dwayne returned my first call very quickly and despite it being the middle of July, was able to make a call the following day. He spent over an hour in my hot attic trying to find a solution to our dilemma. He then sent me a quote with options (same day) by email. Dwayne has since installed stage one of our new unit and paid an additional visit to consult with a contractor (who is having to cut a hole in our attic to create space for the new unit). All this above and beyond the call of duty and in a professional, friendly manner. Culzac Heating has been a pleasure to do business with.
