We hired Manikano to refinish our basement to convert it to a rental suite and are thrilled with the work. The basement hadn’t been touched since the 1970s and needed to be gutted and completely refinished. Mamuka didn’t cut any corners and completely transformed the space. He managed demolition, assisted with design of the new space, framed, drywalled, changed the floor and installed plumbing fixtures. He was a partner throughout the process and helped us make the right decisions for our budget and desired outcome. Communication was prompt and professional. Would recommend this company and look forward to work with them again.

We hired Manikano Construction shortly after purchasing a 100 year old home in Toronto. They performed a lot of work including hanging doors, carpentry work on window trim and baseboards, plastering/drywalling walls/ceilings and installing water fixtures. They even helped frame and drywall a newly divided room. In addition to doing excellent work, they were a resource during a major renovation. They assisted with developing options to address issues that arose during the renovation, and helped solve problems practically and at a reasonable price point. When other contractors went behind schedule, Manikano worked over the holidays to make up for lost time and complete the project. I will be recommending this company to friends and would gladly work with them again.
