At 5 am on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, I woke to 12" of new snow, snow still falling, about minus 3 C, and no heat. First major storm of the season. Despite the horrible conditions, Problem Solved Plumbing and Heating came. I needed a whole new furnace, which they installed on Friday, even though they were delayed by other emergencies that resulted in having to work until 7 pm to complete myinstallation. Brody, Brandon, Ben , and Evan were on hand to remove the old furnace and chimney and install the new. They were unfailingly efficient, polite, cheerful, and very careful of my property and possessions. The quoted price was the final price. I highly recommend them.
