These guys were quick to respond, and honest in their assesments. From the quote to the actual final work done, they were clear about what they could and couldn't do in a reasonable timeframe and were very helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done for the deck. We had them replace the bottom step of our deck and sand/restain the deck and railings afterwards. Clean staining job, was done briskly, but well, and the step replacement, although difficult to do given the original build, is solidly done.
