An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were very impressed with how simple was dealing with Javier and Co. We used Cargo cabbie to move a really awkward sectional out of my third floor apartment. (The people who delivered my couch two years prior had a lot of difficulty getting it in, so I knew I needed professionals to get it out.) These two guys came, wrapped everything up, and did everything possible to get the sectional out, and it wasn't easy. But they were professional in a superheroe fashion, and despite the awkwardness of the stairs, turns and couch, nothing was damaged. I would recommend them to friends, and would use them again.
