We had originally reached out to Erik late last year regarding our project to potentially remodel or rebuild our aging home in the Halton Hills area. Our home was approximately 75 years old and would need either extensive remodeling or to be removed and reconstructed entirely due to an inadequately sized foundation. Erik had sent his manager Mario out to discuss options with us and review the property. They were able to provide us very comprehensive and cost effective options for us to achieve our desired results. He also had his architect Raman to come and inspect our foundation and home structure. We made an agreement together to widen the home foundation and reconstruct the majority of the home accommodating higher ceiling heights and a larger overall home size. Erik and his team were incredibly helpful in working with us to preserve as much of the existing home structure as possible to save us considerable amounts of budget, which allowed us to get many of the finishing and design features we were really after. Although there were several delays dealing with the foundation work, they had done everything to pass multiple inspections and worked through difficult points with good communication and professionalism Overall we are very satisfied with the project and would recommend Erik and his team to anybody looking for a reliable contractor or home builder.

Faddy and the team was great. I was there one minute and back the next and the whole job was done! To say these guys work hard to make sure you are happy is an understatement. They completed a staircase and main level flooring in 3 days. Colour match was great, very smooth railing and treads. Will definitely use them again.
