Great service, excellent product, accommodating staff. They came to our house for measurements and delivered on the date they promised. A couple of slight problems were addressed quickly and without incident. We are thrilled with the end result in our newly renovated ensuite. We have already recommended their services to a few others who have been equally as pleased with the products and services. Island Glass is a company we will use again! The only reason for 5/10 rating is that I wouldn't recommend this company to "mother" as I no longer have one! Bad question in this feedback format!

As part of the Energy Star program in B.C., we had John Sadler install a new condensing boiler for us. They were courteous, friendly, informative, and very professional in their approach and in their installation. When we thought we had issues post-installation, they came out right away to further explain things to us and to insure that the system was working as it should be. We've called them since with a totally unrelated problem. Once again, exemplary service from Colin and his staff. We'll be calling them again when our hot water tank needs replacing. These fellows have got it going on!!!

Garburetor backed up and caused flood into our furnace room in the house. Water got into the cement foundation, which in turn caused hardwood to buckle. We had to have the flooring replaced in the Family Room. Insurance Company contacted Belfor who showed up very shortly thereafter. They were professional, acted promptly and removed all furnishings and accessories to an off-site location. Everything was packed in an orderly fashion. They arranged for cleanup and removal of the flooring within a week. They were attentive to the project and followed up with us immediately if we had any concerns. They were excellent to deal with at this very difficult time for us. In the end, we were very happy with the services provided. I would highly recommend them (but not to mother as she is no longer with us......bad question to use in this feedback!)

I had searched the internet for weeks, looking for a suitable light fixture for a space in front of closet doors (so it had to be fairly small to clear the doors that open). I looked on Craigslist for weeks - Vancouver AND Seattle! Found nothing suitable - or found something that cost a small fortune. A visit to Pine Lighting produced success within 15 minutes! We got a gorgeous fixture for a reasonable price that looks GREAT in our room. Service was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of very fine light fixtures - well worth a trip to their store! Highly recommend it!
