Charles and his team did an exceptional job rectifying all sorts of random issues in my old house. Some were legacy issues from the previous owner and others were remnants from less diligent contractors. Charles is a real professional, reliable and trustworthy. I work full time and had no reservations at all providing him with a key to come and go as needed. He offered creative solutions to contain costs while still performing high quality work. On a personal note, he and his associate Cam also kindly spent time with my rescue dog to help him accept strangers in the house. I would recommend this team without reservation.

My cast iron clawfoot tub was badly in need of a facelift. The enamel was chipped and discoloured and the tub was generally looking tired. The Tub Guys did a fantastic job....the tub was finished beautifully and brightens the whole bathroom. But what distinguishes this company is their great customer service. They took the time to explain the procedure, the guys arrived right on time and were very respectful and professional. There were no surprises. The office staff were extremely pleasant and helpful in scheduling the appointment and providing all the information. This is a company that does a great job and cares about its customers.

I really appreciated the philosophy of the company and their commitment to environmentally sustainable solutions. I was expecting a functional solution and was delighted with the creativity and aesthetic sense that was brought to the project. Jean-Marc worked closely with the government agencies throughout and was very helpful in assisting me with funding applications and accomodating the flow of funds. The construction team was well organized and very efficient. They kept me well informed on the progress, worked long days and came in right on time and budget. All in all a very positive experience.
