Purchased a new build multani custom home in october 2016 . After several (illegal) delays took occupancy in July 2017. To this day still working through Tarion warranty to try and get what was paid for. Faulty air conditioner, faulty wiring job, faulty gas fitting job, horrible lumpy drywall throughout the home , splitting drywall seams in garage, dripping sloppy drywall mud, wavy ceilings, peeling edges of ceilings, gaps in wood floors. First 2 weeks of occupancy there were no kitchen appliances.. when they arrived they were the wrong size . Multani Refused to replace them . The lot grading was not done professionally, have water pooling between houses and leaking into basement- sump pump runs constantly. Holes throughout back and side yards. Porch posts are crooked, porch and garage floors cracked. Sloppy cement splashed on garage walls. Very frustrating trying to deal with multani- they have had their money in full for over a year so they don’t care what gets done- still no driveways on 5 of the houses built in 2016/17
