I normally get 3 quotes before hiring someone, but when Ricardo showed up to give me a quote, and to explain exactly what he was going to do to fix my problem, I decided to hire him right away. All the equipment he used was top-of-the-line equipment which meant no mess and no dust. The job was completed on time and the final result was "WOW". Well beyond my expectation.
