Ken, along with his team, did a wonderful job taking down a massive maple tree in our backyard. Unfortunately, the tree had to come down, as it had been severely damaged by a lightening strike and could have caused a lot of damage. Ken was able to help us with all we need to do to get an arborist report and city permit. Once we had the permit, Stephanie from the office, booked a date to come and take it down. They came when they said they would and Ken and his team were very professional and did a great job cleaning up and taking the parts of the tree we did not keep. I highly recommend this service to whomever values expertise, fairness, excellent customer service and follow up.

Meysam and his team provide excellent customer service and are very professional. They know what they are doing. We had a bad experience with another company that installed a new boiler and tankless hot water heater last Feb. We had problems from day one and called them for weeks trying to get them back to fix it with no success. Fortunately we found Meysam and he was able to come and fix the tankless water heater(it had been installed completely wrong and he was able to troubleshoot with Bosch customer service over the phone to make the changes needed so the unit was installed and working properly). We appreciated his efforts and honesty, so we had him install two ductless ac units and we are thrilled with the job he and his team did. Just last week our furnace went out and we contacted the company that originally installed it, as it is under warranty. They said they could not come to have a look at it for over 36 hours(it was the coldest day of the year)....we couldn't go with no heat for 36 hours, so we called Meysam and he was able to repair it quickly(it was just a loose wire). If you value honesty and great customer service(these are very hard virtues to find today) Meysam and the HVAC Smart Solutions Services team is the company you want to use........you will not be disappointed!

The whole team at Un Cabinetry were very professional to deal with. Crystal helped with our design and provided updates and follow ups in a timely fashion. She also provided excellent drawings. We made several changes along the way, which was no issue with her. Tony came to measure several times to ensure the cabinets would fit well(first time he came drywall was not in). Raymond and Jackie installed and did a fantastic job(especially given our kitchen was not square). They both take such pride in their work and the end product shows that.....I would high recommend this company to anyone who needs cabinetry of any kind. Thanks to you all for all your help throughout this reno!

I highly recommend the Brothers Flooring. I had spoken to numerous other flooring companies and all tried to talk me out of installing unfinished hardwood (they would have preferred finished, as it's much easier), they did not. Faddy came to measure, inspect the area and provide a quote and George installed and finished the floors. Both were extremely professional and George went over the top ensuring the floor was installed and finished properly, even with our floors being off in our 100 year home. A piece of equipment broke and George was quick to bring a replacement and got the job done on time. Thanks so much, we love our floors!
