Edward went beyond expectations for us. We called on a Sunday, he arrived the next day, as scheduled and on time! Water was leaking through to the basement, we had this problem 3 years ago as well. Expecting another $300 + repair, Edward spotted an external issue that I had missed, repaired a hose and only charged a call fee. Very professional and respectful man, a pleasure to have needed his services.
