Niall was hired as a subcontractor to complete masonry for the garage. He was pleasant to work with, timely and reasonably priced. We were very happy with his work.

If you are looking for a contractor who will overcharge, under produce and constantly argue his point, look no further than Luca from Bluemount Contracting. What started out as a garage we had dreamed of for 3 years, quickly turned to a nightmare that we couldn't wait to be over. Right from the signing of the contract in the spring Luca was ready to argue every extra charge that went "outside" the scope of the contract. After 4 months with him at the helm, all we had to show for our $30,000 was a concrete pad, a mess of a job site and stress headaches. He went way over budget and over time. We ended up settling with him to just be free of him. He signed off in a letter stating he had paid his sub trades. We later found out he had absconded with the money, firing one person before he was paid, and told the other, we never paid him. In short, if you hire Bluemount Contracting...buyer beware!

We ordered the glass shower/bath enclosure through a recommendation from our contractor. It took approximately 2 weeks from time of deposit to delivery and install. The crew of 2-3 were timely and courteous. The administration (mostly dealing with Joanne) were friendly and polite. We thought the price to be very competitive, as we needed the oil rubbed bronze hardware. The glass had to be notched to fit the tub, which was done perfectly. The job site was cleaned and details were given re:drying time etc. The completed job looks great! Our bathroom reno is complete (:

Scott was recommended by the original landscaper we used for our yard in 2005. He sat down with us and explained our options for irrigation and lighting very concisely and professionally. His crew was friendly and efficient. Progreen continued to maintain the system twice yearly. We landscaped our backyard with a new property last summer. We again asked Scott to irrigate and light that project. We love how it turned out! We have a wonderful relationship with him and those that work with him, and would highly recommend Progreen for any lighting and irrigation needs!
