My hallway carpets are a light color and need frequent cleaning. Mr. Tauber came and not only did he clean the carpet, he recommended waiting and coming back so he could try a better product that would hopefully stain proof the carpet after cleaning. Most guys would be happy to keep coming back a couple of times a year instead of recommending how to hopefully help the actual problem.

I have been using this company for years. They are pleasant, provide excellent and timely service and their work is meticulous. I enjoy going in for framing and have even purchased a couple of prints there.

I have been going here for years. Just bought an urn here. Very competitive pricing and helpful service. Their store could use a makeover as its very dated but their selection is awesome.

I was very satisfied. I had a sprained ankle and they let me sit on the couch and moved that last. They were very funny - had us laughing all day on what should be a stressful day. They were careful with our stuff. Nothing was broken. We had a ton of books and they were all moved in a relatively short time.

I called in finishing touch painters to paint and do some touch up work to a new office a few separate times over the course of 3 months. He came for small jobs which was unusual. He was overall pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service. Came to investigate dropping and didn't push to spend more than I needed to solve the problem. In the end they sprayed the outside of the house and left some small traps.

Ok with the service. They tried to be very helpful but I wasn't sure exactly how much they really knew.

Overall we were really happy with the service provided. They came right away - very clean and respectful - they offered to take their shoes off.

I had new blinds installed in my kitchen. The initial consultation was done quickly and I was guided into making a very wise choice. The installation went as promised but they forgot to bring one part (the valance). It then took a very long time till they came to install that piece. We had to make numerous phone calls

You will have to give yourself time to go shopping at Brooklyn. There is a lot of furniture to sift through. Everything is piled on top of each other but the furniture is amazing. Good, solid, sturdy and excellant quality. We bought our bedroom set there and I wasn't too sure of the look. So the owner told me to go to a much upper class furniture store and see it there. Sure enough we went downtown and the bedroom set was there, with the beds made and things on the dresser. It was gorgeous, a sure sell. We bought it for a third of the price they were charging downtown. What a great feeling!

Overall I was extremely satisfied. I purchased a table (glass top and wrought iron legs) with four chairs. The total bill was quite pricey although I have gotten only compliments on the set. I found them helpful and patient while choosing fabric for the chairs.
