I called Massimo from Executive Touch to repair damage caused in my condo by a bird that I used to own many years ago (a budgie, cliff dwellers by nature). The damage was at three different locations where the wall meets the ceiling at the windows (the living room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom). The gaps formed would allow bugs such as flies, and at times, even bees to enter with impunity. As well, the energy lost through these areas when the AC or heater was running can't have been good. Massimo came by to conduct an assessment and then did the job the next day. The damage in all areas was filled in with plaster. All in all, it took a few hours and he has done the job well. This issue has been at the back of my mind for many years and now, thanks to Massimo, it has been dealt with. I recommend him for any of your painting or home repair/renovation needs.
