As summer temperatures began to soar in Toronto, our townhome’s air conditioning unit failed to start on command. My appointment was the morning after my call, and I received a courtesy “head’s up” an hour before arrival. The problem was swiftly identified (the capacitor needed replacing) and fixed within 20 minutes. Thank you for stellar professional and polite service - I will call again.
