The after sales service is terrible. His warranty is useless. He only shows up is he smells money. After he installed my furnace, there were problems and after taking the first call, he knew that he would not get any more money as it was still under warranty. So he doesn't answer any more of my calls. Tried reaching him from a different number and when he picked up, he said that there had been some issues and that he would show up the next day but since then I haven't heard from him for months! Pretty much given up on this! If you want good, reliable service, or expect someone to honour their service warranty, don't call Nimish.

Terrible service. Terrible attitude especially from the short woman who acts like she owns the store!. I give the store 0 star simply because there is nothing less! There are several other hardware stores close by which provide more options and much better service! But for this Home Hardware store - never will I set foot in this store again!

Scam artist. left unfinished work and did not complete work paid for. A fraudster who refutes his own written agreement. Avoids and filters calls - has no answering services - very dodgy fella. Avoid at all costs.
