Very happy with the quality selection of products at Elte and the guidance from their designers. My furniture has yet to arrive but I wanted to comment on the service we received as it was welcoming.

We bought beautiful couches from them about 8 years ago and although the quality was great the service and delivery time was terrible. It actually doesn't make up for the cheap price of the products. I've recently been into the store over the last couple of months and am shocked at how cheap the quality of their products are now. They definitely have changed in terms of their quality and standards. Toronto has some amazing furniture stores with very good quality and good prices, I woudn't recommend this store anymore. It's unfortunate because they had a reputation of having really great furniture, not anymore.
