Our older model Bosch dishwasher was leaking and Elite Appliance Service was able to send a technician out within 2 days to diagnose the problem (Bosch service was booking more that 3 weeks out). The technician sent a courtesy text message about 20 minutes before arrival within the agreed service window. He diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes, and had to order the part with a 2-5 day delivery time. Elite contacted me to book the final repair appointment within 5 days and the same technician returned to complete the repair. Technician was polite and courteous and the charges for the diagnostic visit (plus travel) were as described when I contacted Elite originally. Good communication and I would definitely contact them again for future appliance repairs.
