Calgary Elite Roofing did the roof on my house earlier this month and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Firstly, everyone I spoke to in the company, from Greg and Robbie and anyone at the head office, were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional and all provided excellent customer service and reliable communication. Secondly, Nick and his team that worked on my roof were always punctual and were extremely diligent workers as well as respectful and courteous. My neighbourhood and the three surrounding communities were badly impacted by two big storms and for the past two summers, close to 75% of the houses have had new roofs done. Consequently, I have had the unique opportunity to see firsthand how many roofing companies in Calgary have operated. I observed which roofing companies were poor at cleaning up, leaving stray nails and discarded plastic on sidewalks, plus those who played excessively loud music and carried on noisy, raucous conversations. Nick and the crew did none of those things. They continually kept me informed of their progress, spoke with each other in a normal tone, were always tidying up, and since I have dogs, they would go over the sidewalk and lawn with their magnetic sweeper every time I left the house, which I appreciated very much.
