Carlos the installer did instal all the shades for me, after 2 months 2 off the motors not working completely. I called him and he gave me an appointment to come look at, I took the day off but unfortunately he didn't show up. I tried calling him many times with no luck and he never answer the phone and as well he blocked my number. DON'T USE CARLOS... USE A RELIABLE COMPANY...
