Don’t waste your time with this company
I bought a door right hand out swing they had in stock they sent me left hand out swing and would not take a return.. worst door and window company in Edmonton. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS

This was a discounted door, a door that was not picked up by a customer which is why we discounted it 60% and sold it cash and carry. There is a no return policy on discounted cash and carry items. A picture was sent to Taylor prior to sending the door to him, he had ample time to look at the picture. He told us to ship the door, we did.
It seems that Taylor was unaware that when ordering windows or doors when referring to how they open is from the outside looking in.
