Our washing machine suddenly stopped working properly. The machine was unable to function on the "spin" cycle and the lid kept "locking". We were quickly able to book an appointment with the Appliance Repair Experts. Misha arrived during the appointed time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He diagnosed and explained the problems and provided excellent service. He even came back the next day to double-check that that machine was functioning exactly as it should. Now, we have a washing machine that is working perfectly. We are very pleased with the quality of work and service received from Boonstra's. It was evident even upon initial consultation that Boonstra has very high level of expertise and is very thorough in its assessment and approach. Our house was built in late 1800s and poses several challenges for almost all nature of work. The consultation advice and plan was sound; the actual work in removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace was quite challenging, however, the technicians exhibited some ingenuity and worked hard to successfully remove the old and install the new. In parallel, they worked to install new Air Conditioner. They all worked well together with proficiency and efficiency; very professional. Excellent work!
