Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with today. He patiently answered all of my questions, and his inspection was incredibly thorough. He explained all of the tools and equipment that he would be using throughout the process, and made sure that I was very much involved in the process. I feel far more confident heading into my purchase than I did before the inspection. Rick also sent me the inspection report only a couple of hours after we left the property, which was very much appreciated. The report is clearly and professionally presented, and includes all of the items addressed in our conversation today - no surprises! Thank you for everything, Rick!

Paul and Phillip did a phenomenal job cleaning the ducts at my new(to me) home. It is a fairly old place, and the ducts and vents were awful! The guys were easy to book, prompt, quick and beyond effective. I had both a cleaning and sanitizing, and couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!!!
