Service has been good. Helpful when we moved into our new home in 2017. There was a potential emergency earlier this year and Trilex reached out both to ourselves and one of our emergency contacts to resolve the issues. Seems it was weather related as there had been periodic power outages due to high winds. The person who contacted us realized that we were out of the country on vacation and advised that the issue had been resolved and told us to have a good vacation.
