Professional and knowledgeable staff. The technician was courteous and finished his service quickly but thoroughly. Office staff were accommodating and very helpful with regards to a timely appointment. My patio door was replaced and the contact removed but not placed correctly. Then the phone line went out followed by power outage. Received excellent advice over the phone to bypass alarm on patio door.
