Aleks responded to the request for service within minutes of it being posted. On the day of service, Aleks and Nick arrived within the agreed upon time frame and got to work, vacuuming, treating, shampooing and raking my 30 year old beige wall-to-wall broadloom. I am very impressed by the results of their efforts; my carpet looks clean and refreshed, and has been given a second life. I also received a follow up call to ensure that I was pleased with the results. I have had other carpet cleaners in to clean my carpet, but I have to say that previous results do not compare to the excellent work that Aleks and Nick provided. I will be recommending From Dark To Light Carpet & Upholstery Care to all my friends and family.
