I had a leak from the shower above in the master bedroom into the kitchen ceiling. Walter and Santiago were here on time exactly at 9am on a Saturday morning. Other contractors indicated the ceiling drywall had to be cut out and replaced with new drywall. On the other hand, when Walter came in to look at it, he advised me that since the damage wasn't that bad to the drywall, it could be patched up, sanded, blended in, primed and painted twice. There were additional nail pops Walter had noticed when he was fixing the ceiling that he repaired without even mentioning it to me. They were very clean as they had drop cloths all over my kitchen and I was very impressed with the work that Santiago had done. He was truly a perfectionist. The job was not that big but they were here all day (8 hours) to make sure I was satisfied with their quality of work before they left. Overall, I was very impressed with Walter's and Santiago's collaboration and would highly recommend Manor Drywall Systems and Contracting to anyone who has a similar scope of work.
