I'll start by saying I would use Emerald again in a minute! I was so impressed and so happy I chose them. I worried up until the day of the move if i had made the right choice, even though I read all the reviews. The guys were so careful with everything. They were polite, worked steadily, and just made me feel confident having them move my stuff. Of my whole moving experience - from packing to unpacking - move day was the least stressful. And that is priceless! Thanks Emerald!

We just purchased our first home and decided to remove the carpet and get the floors refinished. I read about Rafina on Homestars and decided to call them. David promptly made an appointment to come over. He was friendly, courteous, personable, and seemed as excited about the new floors as we did! We needed them done before we moved in and despite knowing what all the tv shows say about having contracts, etc., we trusted David from day one and arranged everything verbally and on a handshake. David was helpful in picking the stain (we opted for Rosewood bringing us a sample to look at and helping us decide the finish. His workers showed up as promised and let themselves in and out with no problems. The house was left clean and neat each day. David called often to give me updates. When we got to peek in at the colour I emailed David to say how happy we were. David emailed back, "it only gets better from here." And he was right. The floors are beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend David. The floors have made our new home a showpiece. Thanks also to Nick for the trim - looks great (please note: the trim was kind of hellish as the baseboards were set higher than normal so required some hunting for quarter round!). If you go with David at Rafina you won't be disappointed. Rafina rocks!

We found Greentea Design a few years ago and love this store. Once we decided that Asian antiques was the style we wanted, it has been a love affair with Greentea. Dale and the staff are more than helpful and stand behind the pieces they sell. They truly care about your needs and finding you the right piece. Recently we asked if on their next buying trip they could find us some art. Boy did Dale deliver! He brought us back 4 fantastic pieces that were exactly what we wanted. There aren't many places in Toronto that sell this quality and variety of Asian antique pieces. And you definitely won't find customer service like this. (Carolann, Toronto).
