Emergency Call out Value and great service
I called Taylor's to fix a leak and they were there in 90 minutes. The call out fee was $35 and reasonable. There was full declaration of cost on the phone and once again on site. No hidden charges. The problem was fixed with friendly and professional demeanor and would highly recommend and use again. We are elderly and it was nice to not feel taken advantage.
In June 2014 I discovered an installation problem from the install of June 2013. I was happy with the product and price. Over one full month it took 3 calls and an email followed by a poor review on Homestars to get a response. A repair appointment is now booked,

Remove and replace windows and french door.
Peter and his people provided excellent value and service. Always on time and cleaned up well. The job entailed brick work and the work was done so well it is hard to tell that the brick had been changed. We feel that we received good qulaity product and the work was performed as promissed.
Using Hoestars as the referral I called and arranged the job by phone. Price was competitive, they turned up on time and did everything as promissed. Also they did a good job cleaing up. Michael was a pleasure to deal. Highly recommed.
