I am very happy with the job these guys did cleaning our eavestroughs. They were able to schedule the work in a reasonable amount of time, showed up on time, were courteous, efficient and clean. They did a great job. I won't hesitate hiring them again or recommending them to others.

We have an old wooden fence that is about 30 years old. A panel had come loose, a number of lattices were missing and a few posts were leaning and loose. It became critical for us to have this done before winter (we have a pool in the yard, so safety is a concern), but it was too small a job for most of the large fencing contractors to take on. The cost of the project quoted by Yan Luo was quite reasonable, based on similar repairs we had done in the past. Also, quote that we received from another company was much more expensive, including a bigger scope with more extensive and unnecessary replacement of panels. Yan Luo and his partner were friendly, did a great job and got it done in a day as promised; they worked hard, were conscientious, stayed within their quote and cleaned up well after the job was done. I will be happy to consider H&D for other projects in future!

We needed to touch up some walls in the bedroom and hallway of a rental condo, in between tenants, and had a short window of a couple of weeks to get it done. Mike gave us a very competitive quote. He helped us to ensure that we got the best match to the existing paint colour. He worked with us to schedule this small job on time, and was very neat and conscientious. He did an excellent job; the place looks great! It was a pleasure to do business with Mike; he will be our top choice for future painting jobs.
