The owner, Pat was asked to come back and put the marker for the surveyors bar back in the ground that his crew removed when digging post holes. This was grudgingly agreed to after lenghthy arguing with me. When he came to do it, another argument ensued regarding how payment was to be made and the amount. At this time, he started yelling profanities at me, personal attacks were made verbally without any warning and I felt intimidated by him. Once the marker was replaced and the cheque handed over, Pat continued to yell profanities at me which were totally unprofessional, uncalled for and rude. I will never recommend his company to any of my friends or neighbours. He may be the owner but he behaves like a bully when there's a customer complaint. He wanted an additional $50 for a stop payment on a cheque and at 7am he wanted a certified cheque! He also asked for personal information from me regarding my banking information which I refused to give him. He's totally unprofessional in his behaviour and how he treats customers. Don't use his company.
