The work was quick, friendly and very satisfactory. The only suggestion I would recommend would be some kind of paperwork upon receipt of carpets, a business card, etc. just to avoid the feeling I have given four rugs away to perfect strangers never to be seen again. They missed the promised return date but did come the next day, a bit late, but we got our carpets back in lovely condition and we were very happy in the end.
