After many years of living in Stoneybrook Court Apartment (17years) we found out today that is now under a new Development Company. I hope that this is not a company that is all about making money and gouging good tenants. This has been one of the nicest, most well kept apartment buildings with affordable Rent and mainly excellent tenants. I know there were probably a few roust ones since living here. Me. Richard Carrier did not only own the building, he was also good to the tenants who were good renters, and on occasion would not raise rents for a couple of years. I have heard negative things about Queen Square Developments and I am hoping they are not true. Time will tell. Stay tuned for a follow up as time goes on.
