I have nothing but great things to say about Morrison Homes. They really believe in quality and customer service. The whole process for the first build I’ve done was easy. From the supervisors to sales to warranty everyone was helpful and professional. There was always open communication, willingness to provide the best service and as a whole made the entire process very stress free. My possession was even early which was a bonus. I would highly recommend Morrison to friends and family and I wouldn’t build with anyone else.

Our experience so far with Morrison has been amazing. This is the first time in my life I've built a home and Jodi and her team have made it incredibly easy. We are still looking at the dirt as we just closed a week ago. Throughout the offer process Jodi was really patient. We weren't even sure our financing would get approved. Jodi knew this and still encouraged us through the process answering emails at all hours of the day and night from our broker. When we were down to the deadline and not sure if we'd have an answer in time before the conditions had to come off. Jodi worked with us to get us a further extension to make our dream possible. We were able to buy and so far every step of the process has been clear and understandable. Jodi is constantly in contact with us and answers all questions we may have right away. All I can say is so far so good.
