Heatwave - AC stopped being cold. We have a small baby so I was panicking a bit Naveed called back right away, came by quickly. He pointed out what was wrong (iced up unit due to clogged furnace filter) and told me what to do to get it running again. Followed his advice, worked like a charm. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain to a sleep-deprived new dad how things work. Overall, a great service.
