Dan took our vague concept of 'modernizing' our basement and made it a reality with a top to bottom refresh....new fireplace, tiles, flooring, walls, electrical, stairs, shelving. Our room went from the late '60's, to a room we are now proud to have people over to see. Dan took the time to fix any unexpected surprises, even those that wouldn't necessarily pose a problem in the future, so that everything was perfect. He was on budget, maintained a clean and safe space, and was always available for any questions or concerns that we may have had.
