Our bathroom looks great. Total Renovations started the project on the date promised, was punctual, left the work area neat & clean at the end of each day. Total Renovations recommended suppliers who were very helpful. Overall the work is excellent and it has added value, both esthetically and financially, to our house.

I have called seven times so far to inquire about repairing a exterior door which was installed 6 years ago. I need a replacement part & understand that I may have to pay for it, but I can't get any information on whether Royal will repair it , or whether they can refer me to someone else to handle the repair, or where I can buy the part and repair it myself. Very frustrating.
