Ok - 1997 and we had a 800 sq. ft. patio put in. And we left the design mostly up to Joe. The color and pattern we chose. Poor Joe who ran the crew! It rained ALL SUMMER in 1996 and he couldn't get to us until the next year. (And poor Connie in the office was getting heat from us and many others!) But the result was worth waiting for - absolutely beautiful. A few years later we had them in to do the front walks and again - beautiful. so in the intervening 25 years we did some sealing - but life got in the way a lot and we neglected the maintenance. So by 2022 the patio looked pretty-bad. Like instead of the gorgeous tan slate colour it was ugly grey. So I went up to the PC office and there was Connie! She's great. So the advice she gave us was to get the surface cleaned by "Darryl" - a 3rd-party contractor they recommended. He was great to deal with too and the result - while seemingly expensive - was our old patio coming back to life. Next Connie had us go to Concreation Canada to get primer and sealer. Again - not cheap - but the result is great! So - when I say "expensive" or "not cheap" - it's still the best money we ever spent. Twenty-five years and no nonsense with re-laying interlock and weeds coming up, etc. So glad we went with Patterned Concrete!

Company Response

Thankyou Bob! Glad to see you are still enjoying your Patterned Concrete to this day.

Pruned three fruit trees, removed five ugly cedars, and beautifully pruned/raised the canopy of two 50-foot sunburst locusts. They came when they said, did more than what we asked, were friendly and professional. Justin and Zak - thanks!

We needed two 50' trees in our front yard pruned to get more light, and to lighten the trees in case of storms. Bob and his crew were amazing! They were done in less than 2 hours, cleaned up completely, and the trees look great. (And they managed to NOT destroy wife's prized perennial garden beneath a lot of the branches they took down!)
