I couldn't be happier with the service Rakesh provided. He correctly identified the problem after a misdiagnosis by another company which would have resulted in significantly higher repair costs. I had a refrigerant leak problem and was provided repair options with a cost comparison, and I decided to address it with the long-term solution (evaporator coil replacement). I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for future heating and cooling repairs.
