My wife ordered this product because she likes the product carried by Restoration Hardware. When the product arrived in Canada they notified us that the stools where incorrect and that the next availability date was 3 months later. I requested a refund for which they credited back $823 of the $1070 dollar purchase. I called them and they proceeded to credit an additional $223 back. Unfortunately with the exchange rate they were short $23 in the credit. Again I had to call them and they informed me that I needed to forward my bank statement charges and credits to verify the difference. I again did this and they credited back everything except .34 cents. You would think after all the trouble in getting this credit processed that they would err on crediting back a bit more to ensure the whole credit is issued. I again sent them another fax asking for the difference. This is such bad customer service when they ship the wrong product, already have charged our Visa and then make the process of getting a credit painful. I would not deal with this company again!!

We moved from our residence in October 2008 and had this company pack our possessions and move these into storage. We built a new home and contacted this company to move our possessions in storage to our new place. Total cost of the heated storage was close to $11,000 for the 32 months. The original pack/move cost $3000 and the move to the new place cost another $3000. When we received our goods we had many broken items including expensive picture frames and crystal glasses. The TV set was totally smashed for which they couldn't even take it off the truck. There was also much damage to expensive mission furniture. We also realized after we started unpacking that many items were missing. We signed the form since it was 11 at night when they finished the move and we couldn't verify missing items since we did not have time to unpack and check. Only later did we start to realize how many things were missing. This was supposed to be secure and safe storage we were paying for and that our items would be handled with care. We had insurance for the 1st year but insurance companies will not cover items kept in storage for more than 1 year. We filled out a claim form with All-star / Rockbrune Bros. and were awarded a paltry sum of $500 for all the damaged and missing goods. We estimated the damage to be in the $5-6000 dollar range. They pay .60 per pound which for crystal glasses is a joke. Not only are these people rude and condescending to deal with they do not have any respect for your property. Unfortunately I could not pursue them using the legal route since we signed the form and also did not have separate insurance. If you read this I would make sure that you think twice about using this moving company as the damage they caused was unbelievable. Very Dissatisfied Customer
