We are looking to renovate our living room, they discussed our needs, the colours, the costs of going eco to bamboo. Very efficient and we would use and recommend them again!

Even though our roof was under warranty, they did not want to come to inspect prior to wanting to charge us for 2 men. The owner was very short and not wanting to listen to our requests. It was not the service I had expected from a company that prides itself on its reputation. Very disappointing.

They were rude on the phone, with tone, explainations as to why I have to take a day off work etc They were late by several hours, understandable things happen, however, a quick call from their client services department could would have made a world of difference. The repairman was rude to me by explaining to me how my oven works, its a basic model. Nothing difficult to ensure its turned on and heat the food to the appropriate temperature.

- They arrived on time - They arrived clean and neat in appearance - They were professional, no inappropriate language as our area was tight to work in. - They knew exactly what needed to be done to ensure proper installation. - You cannot see any seams, and you cannot see where the carpet was place around the pillars in our basement. - They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain to me why this option was better. Very satisfied with their work!
