Adam came to our home after a recommendation from the builder to check if a new thermostat was working properly. Our home was showing some signs that perhaps it wasn't. Adam came and spent 1.5 hours looking at EVERYTHING with the furnace, the humidifier, and outside to our air conditioner. He gladly showed us tips on how to maintain the units so that we could avoid problems and prolong time between service calls. He was patient, immensely kind and very thorough. It's clear he knows what he's doing and is investing in getting to know his clients and how best to help them. We will most definitely be using him and recommending him for future H/C needs. It was a pleasure to meet him.
