I am a realtor and it was the first time working with Pat and Alex on a home inspection for my buyer clients in the Hamilton area. Pat and Alex did a great job of addressing and prioritizing issues that were found during the home inspection. They also inspected the roof on a 2 1/2 storey home which is impressive. Having a team of two inspectors made for a shorter inspection time which everyone appreciated.

I would like to give George Mendes top marks for his excellent customer service. George did the home inspection for the buyers of a listing I had in Hamilton. Not only were the buyers satisfied with the home inspection and the house itself but my interaction with George was excellent. He went over and above the call of duty to make sure everyone involved in this home purchase was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to refer George to anyone looking for a Home Inspector.
