Victory Roofing was asked to come to my house to fix a leak in the roof. The person seemed well informed of his subject matter and went to work on the roof immediately. The work was done satisfactory. I was unimpressed with the invoice as it did not contain the address for the company, nor contact information should a warranty be required.

The project was to refinish all the iron fencing around my house which was significantly rusted beyond the paint. I had gone to home depot rentals to see if I could rent a sand blaster and sand blasting media. Upon arrival the person had no clue what I was talking about when asking for a rental price. After speaking with another customer service rep, they rented me the required equipment. Considering the number of days that this unit was rented for, I could have easily purchased my own air compressor and a cheap sand blasting gun for the same price. We recently had a problem with a strange smell situated in the front section of our home. After some friends suggested that the smell was sewage related, we called Mirza from A1 Plumbing to come and assess the problem. Mirza was extremely professional in diagnosing and identifying the cause of the smell and indicated that it was due to a leaking flange and gas kit in the powder room toilet. He was very informative and forthcoming regarding all the work that was done. I would highly recommend Mirza for excellent customer service.
