An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My roof is pretty small, and simple, so I would imagine that any company could have done a good job on it, but I am extremly impressed on how Shawn at Wright Brothers Roofing, and his crew handled themselves. They were so polite, and very informative when it came to answering my questions. They were also very effiecient, in and out in a day. I was expecting longer when my nieghbour got his roof done with another company, but took almost three times longer, and it's the same house. Anyway's, Very pleased, and I wish Shawn and his crew the best of luck on all their future endeavours.
