OTS Heating helped me in a situation that I thought was helpless at the time, when my original furnace supplier did not feel my situation was worth their time. OTS was very help right from the beginning as the owner listen to my plight and helped me understand the priorities in addressing my furnace related problems. A visit by him at no cost, in diagnosing the situation help me understand what the problems were and what had to be fixed in order for me to be comfortable with the solutions and that they were really necessary. The owner was patient and knowable in helping me come to a decision for work a day later. The two technicians showed up as scheduled and both were very knowledgable in what they had to fix. They always attempted to provide me with the best and affordable outcome. They were able to retain the integrity of the circuitry housing intact by sanding and sealing the large 3 inch rust spot that formed and threating perforation into the control circuits rectified the inner tubing which caused the constant leak, a major elbow reconfiguration for the outtake line where it constantly leaked at the seal joint compromising the humidifier. This was all a reflection of poor workman ship from the original installer who supplied the furnace. The furnace is not that old. After OTS Heating addressed all the issues, I have had no problems to mention of. I just recently got a call from them to service and follow-up on their prior work. I cannot say that I even got a follow-up call from the company that sold me and installed the furnace. Even after ownership several distress calls to the original furnace servicing company, totally ignored. I found OTS to be reputable and straight talking. OTS Heating personnel seem to be at the top of their game.

Lux Windows was very impressive. My wife is very discerning when it comes to purchasing items for the household. She was impressed by the whole process from meeting the sales representative to the person doing the follow-up servicing. Of all the companies we shopped and visited, Lux was the one that gave her the most comfort level in dealing with a company that stands behind their product and service. The sales representative was very helpful in educating and walking her through the processes to come once we purchased. Lux accommodated her in having the installation done prior to holiday season. Lux’s installers were prompt as scheduled that morning in the set-up and work in earnest. They were efficient and respectful of the occupants, while minimizing the amount of heat loss. Especially, the installation of a large single door with a transom above and two full length side panels from a existing double door entry way. As the work crew progressed through all the windows on the top floor with exception of some minor dust it was absolutely impressive that they minimized and cleaned up the messes as they went along. They even laid down coverings over our white carpeted hallway and wore plastic foot covers. One great thing was that the team leader always involved us when decisions were required and let us know the pros and cons of our options. Will use them again for a couple of windows I had left for later as one of those windows I have noticed lately, is that the seal has been comprised since then.

HOT PEPPER Furnace & Duct Cleaning did a great job. They came on time, as my wife arranged for an early morning appoint in the dead of winter a few days before Christmas. 7am just as I was leaving for work. The lone technician was very helpful every step of the way and took the time to assure the customer of all his actions. Even helped move a dining room hutch and help my wife understand what was being done throughout the process. I was impressed with the level of integrity and service from this individual. He was instrumental in identifying a serious problem developing in a furnace that was only 3 years old. The major discovery connected me to a reputable company in fixing the issue who identified other issues of poor workmanship from the original installation company. I can’t thank Hot Pepper’s technician that day enough for their genuine concern of our household safety and well -being.
