The flooring was installed and we had someone come back a year later to look a an issue with the wood flooring near an outside door. They were prompt in sending a technician back to fix the problem right away at no charge.

A plumbing flood made it necessary to renovate 80% of our home, and move out for 2 months. The staff were very accommdating, professional and friendly. We were treated very well and recieved all the service we were expecting, plus more. They made a bad experience into the best possible outcome.
